Congress passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act on March 27, 2020. Included in this legislation were several provisions that expand charitable giving tax deductions this year. Click here for additional information.
The Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent as allowable by law. We recommend speaking with your accountant and/or attorney, as there are tax implications and other factors to consider when making any noncash gift. Your donation is sincerely appreciated.
